York is sometimes tricky on the draw, but clearly been overwatering on the low numbers far rail, no one really wanted to go up the far rail and those that did didn’t win, it changes day to day as they then put more water on high numbers to level it up, just a minefield if your betting and getting more regular at York, first time in 20 years never went yesterday as they are messing with the watering more and more, but might go if I see the draw change, Saved a few quid not going yesterday and missed the £7-80 pint and £46 champagne and entry £75 each and a watching brief today, do some courses or individuals over water on purpose I’ve always said some do, I’ve had a list for many years and it’s always the same ones, it’s one of the legal ways of influencing the results and where’s there’s money there’s a way imo
I’m more a sprint man at York and that far rail has had plenty of water on it making low numbers harder to win, they didn’t water overnight so should stay the same today, had 4 winners yesterday although they were not hard to find, not going first time in 20 years as went 2 days last year, the overwaterings killed it for me

It’s a fecker when you pick your next days bets on the previous days draw bias, only for them to water that side to try and even things up. Invariably they put too much on and the bias has changed massively.

Over watering prevalent at too many tracks up and down the country, day in day out. Banged on about this and nothing seems to change.
Going descriptions erratic at best. Anybody seriously trying to bet regularly really needs to have a word with themselves.

Overwatering and watering to even up the draw etc has seriously made me lose confidence in my betting so i have drastically reduced my stakes/wagering and am not really bothered about increasing it again.

2mm watered all around overnight, looking at the map on website it’s like a patchwork quilt, good most places but 4f to line good to firm, why is that it’s bizarre, what’s wrong with good to firm all around, the far rail is still not the place to be, the 2mm watered is that 4 mm one side and 2mm elsewhere, its a non accurate watering system and I’m betting more at good wood because of it, confidence you need to lump on one disappears when they fk the going up at York, I’m off to the coast today, be in the pub watching racing and band on later, have a good one
