Before you pick an argument decide whether you want a 5 min or a 10 min one ( as per the Monty Python sketch below ) then it's easier to decide which forumite is best suited to satisfy your need , be careful as there's a few that'll stretch 10 years instead of 10 min if you let them.

I live about 300 yards from the beach down in Somerset... Those pesky seagulls are making a racket from about 4am every day at the moment... Don't know why, but happens every year about this time

never scene a gull playing tennis reg.

seagulls are often noisy at 4 am due to their natural circadian rhythm...ear muffs req.
