What Tom and others don't seem to understand is that courses are up and down, not just flat ovals. So they have little awareness of what might be a fast finishing sectional at different tracks.
I think young tipsters are lacking experience, and possibly in-depth knowledge; form is just a factor, experience is priceless and supersedes all else.
