imho group1 these days are easier to win than listed/group 3  in the past .in the 80s the vintage at goodwood was listed it was contested by troy and ela mana mou , vintage is now group2 , those 2 horses would hammer anything from today , look on the comm cup, jubilee and king charles at ascot group1 Laugh,

A monopoly is never good for anything esp in sport. Coolmore can do this because their firepower is almost entirely home-bred/produced, and void of fees like those paid by AMO Racing except (business) expenses which are tax deductible. Others do not have this advantage and privilege; Juddmonte, Aga Khan, Hamdan and Godolphin are catching up, and have produced memorable Classic winners more regularly these days.

Like I said many times before almost all of their present/recent Classic winners are forgotten very soon after the events. And, betting on them is challenging and unrewarding mostly.

What a load of bitter claptrap.
Everyone, everywhere has and has had the same opportunities to excel.  Everyone.  You just can’t take it.
Your anti-Irish bias is clear for all to see and is laughable.  To suggest, as you did elsewhere, that Greville Starkey was in the top two trainers ever is the ridiculous truth of that.  Grow up and stop whingeing.
Laugh  Laugh. Laugh.

Correct. It’s making the jumps boring.

I believe Joey Sticks O’Brien has had more opportunities than most and believe that other young jockeys would concur the same.

You have done a “politician” and changed the subject.
Coolmore have perfected a model of success.  The English/U.K. are/is miles behind.
Stop crying and change it.

O'Brien has won big races not only in the UK and Ireland but America and Australia, even his son has won big races abroad, these guys are just so good at their craft. cheers.

It's a numbers game. The more darts you throw at the board the more likely you'll hit a target. Horseracing is no different.

Which of these two horses will contest the Yorkshire Oaks? Whirl or Minnie Hauk? The latter was far from impressive beating non-Gp 1 materials.

It’s a seriously gifted-planning, execution, rearing, training, targeting and WINNING game.
Dominated by Irish genii, played at by the rest.

No one’s doubted or played down their talents. How many young jockeys have a go at winning the Tripple Crown?

Would Joey of attracted the horses he has straight away is he wasn’t from that dynasty?

As a trainer he’s won races that his father hasn’t.

The subject being discussed was the breeding, rearing, training and event winning of the Coolmore horses, not their jockeys.
Text is a poor medium.

It’s ok I wonder if you feel the same that society is like they? That everyone has had the same opportunities?

By the way not every trainer is backed by the MONEY that the Lads bring to their stable.

From what I’ve seen Impossible is a backer of their horses so I doubt that he’s whining or disgruntled, he merely wants healthy competition like the rest of racing fans.

There’s two ways the slow way and the money way.

Blackburn used the later to buy the title one year.

I back their charges because I cannot not back them, if on merit. But, I'd not back them daily or weekly; repeatedly 2nd guessing is the quickest way to the poor house; I'd not had a bet for over a week unless it was free.

But, it does not fill me with great joy like in the old days of backing a winner of theirs; the buzz is never the same with AOB's. Also, I'd have forgotten them soon post the event. However, to be frustrated  by a last minute substitution (not an injury) will annoy me enormously as it's a form of cheating and treating their supporters of utter disdain.

It's a boring game punting if nearly every egg is in one basket eg Man City playing a non-league team repeatedly.
