Mystery why Lowry’s price has consistently edged out for about a week now. What do they know that we don’t?
|

By:
1tp, sry to say but a World No.1 hasn’t won the Open in twenty odd years.
I think Tiger back in the early 2,000’s was the last. |

sevey - those odds were with VCbet and sportsbook when i looked last night, sky are all over the place with their new website, not so easy to find what i'm looking for now on there. Some bookies won't let you do multiples on these bets either, that puzzles me. Place terms vary from bookie to bookie.
I see B365 are 20s on Marco Penge top Englishman , ew 1/4 odds first 3, very good price imo if you can get on that is, shame only 3 places Sky are still 25s Henley top USA but no ew available, terrible really. VCbet are 22s now but ew available first 5. GL to you as well sevey |

i wanted FLEETWOOD at 30,s but started 25,s best i saw and now around 22,s, might shot a few £ on him on betfair win only

tommy only 26,s on betfair ,makes 22 1st 8 , fair ,

I got a bit (bits) of Fleetwood last week at an average of 26.39 so he is steady.
|
|
By:
Scrap that Marco Penge price above, just gone on B365 and he's only 10s top Englishman, he's 20s to be top Brit.
Oddschecker must have a glitch at the moment as they are showing the "top brits" B365 prices instead of top english. Numpties ! |

tad short aint he ,with his win record in big tourneys , people think his short game will stand him in good stead,i,ll wait till last min tonight, and split between ew on books and exchange
|
|
By:
I agree but he is so consistent and played this course well in ‘19. If he is anywhere near the lead after the cut the market will take him very seriously and greening up should be possible.
Have layed Dustin Johnson to miss the cut. In his last eight majors he has missed six. A shade too big a price but I just couldn’t resist. |

By:
betting a person in a 160 runner field at under 100/1 is sectionable.

betting a person in a 160 runner field at under 100/1 is sectionable. Not when approx 60 of the field are a 1000, with some probably more likely 10000 |

Glasgow - Tommy is 26 on the win market but ew first 10 on the exchange is 19 (same on sportsbook)
Sportsbook are also going 22s ew 1st 8 |

By:
Tommy has no go nads but a lovely lad, how da fcuk can
You bet on golf, 160 in the field, 50 capable of winning Hugely dependant on draw, early late, late early, weather huge Variable, and the filth price up under on almost everything Should be 14s the field minimum, but the mugs will play Rory n Scott At 6s or 7s |
|
By:
E/W 1/5th the odds .. pheck that .

By:
Agreed ponchos - about betting the two favs. At this stage anyway.
The Open is more a bit of fun speculation before first tee up. |
|
By:
Yeah honcho, chuck 5 20 quid bets at the bombers n putters, on betfair
That have at least won before ?? |

By:
Hatton, koepka, morakawa, Matsuyama, n cal smith

Koepka couldn’t make a score in a barrel of phoniness at present. One down, five to go ponchos.
Do some research next time. ![]() |

Put yor five up, honcho, and I’ll chop em down??
Matsuyama is my favourite gol, had a kid 15 years ago at our club Proper golfer, olayed off + 4, and good for it, he went to a big am tournament In China, Matsuyama first rest no where, he won by 14 shots, kid came back And took a club job, said Matsuyama was in a different league |

Dustin Johnson, Martin Kaymer, Justin Rose, Webb Simpson, Graeme McDowall.
Bryson de Chambeau, Jon Rahm, Angel Cabrera, Retief Goosen, Jim Furyk. U.S. Open champs. who couldn’t win an Open. Doesn’t matter how classy you are so many just can’t win THE OPEN. So it seems reasonable to assume that as classy as Koepka is - and I thank you for pointing that out to me, I would never have known - with his current game being somewhere between the toilet and cow field that he won’t be winning it this year. The forum and this thread thanks you for your contribution. ![]() |
