He took the wrong road and paid the ultimate price, 14 years is a long time and imo has paid his dues. Be tough for him though, I doubt many will give him the benefit of the doubt when looking at his future rides, they will all come under the microscope

As you say 14 years is a long time and he could only have been about 23 at the time. Has paid his dues imo and chopped down a lot of trees in the intervening years. Hadn't the World snooker champion returned from a ban for taking part in match fixing. Starting again will find it difficult i'd imagine with no claim to entice trainers to put him up.

Remember him booting home many for sheik mohammed son for braveheart, the in the green colours many years ago , the kid was used as a scape goat , we see corruption day in day out among household trainers and jockeys but bha only go for low hanging fruit ,kid deserves a chance best of luck to him
