Looks fantastic...the other 3 could get parts in Macbeth..
By:
Tracey looks pretty good as well
By:
To be fair Billie Jean is 81 and still looks similar to when she was playing.
By:
Yes I know ..more a dig at Balding
By:
Could be worse lead on, a while back she'd be doing the racing, Sue Barker getting pensioned off did us a favour.
By:
Iga off to a flyer.
Looking ominous already... |
By:
She's considered to have been the death knell for racing on the BBC..
By:
Isn't this exciting! Justifies the women getting same prize money as the men!

levels you devils swifty...
fun bets really but i'm happy coming out level tbh. |
By:
Anisimova started edgily...
and carried on edgily... surely she can't be that bad in set two ? |
By:
painful viewing for Anisimova fans this...
and tennis fans tbh. |
By:
Has she ever been in a final? Looks like she’s overwhelmed by it.
By:
she won in Doha earlier this season...
played very well that week. |
By:
Thanks Hibby, Grand Slam nerves?
Terrible to have to go through a whipping like that. |
By:
Anasimova nerves got to her from start, a shame as she played really well against Sabalenka.
By:
i did have a nagging doubt about her handling the occasion tbh Delshay...
looks like it's been too much for her tbh... Swiatek not even needing to be that good from what i've seen. |
By:
Pretty impossible to knock this girl assuming she goes on to win.....
Won 6 slams across three different surfaces , against the top two ranked players in the world she holds an 8-5 over Sabalenka and an 11-4 over Gauff. Entertainment value as with horse racing you can only beat what's in front of you , not her fault she's that superior. Worthy champion elect and you'd have to be super critical to find fault with that record. |
By:
This is quite painful to watch, Mcenroe said before start. play your opponent not Wimbledon.
By:
It’s is and I hope that she can come back from it, mentally it’s not good. Normally when you’re getting beaten it can bring out your best as you relax thinking that the game is gone, but it’s not happening.

By:
Anisimova's going to take a while to get over this imv.
By:
easy to say...
harder to do stewarts. |
By:
double bagel ffs.
By:
£3 million for 5 minutes work, equality.
By:
Yes HH an annihilation by Swiatek.
By:
Anisimova should do what i advised Cobolli to do the other day...
go out and get pi$$ed love... i doubt she will tho. |
By:
Grossly overpaid nonsense. I'd rather watch two transgenders, be more fun.
By:
price was 12-0 ??
By:
will Kate give Anisimova a hug ?
By:
not got a clue hulk.
By:
Get her off, somebody.
By:
well done Anisimova...
could easily have not done the interview and nobody would have blamed her... showed a bit of guts doing it imv. |
By:
Rambled on.
By:
she was upset...
probably very nervous... lost her Dad when she was young... i think she was thinking about him tbh. |
By:
Fair enough. Can understand that.
By:
just shows you how little tennis Claire Balding actually watches...
you never see Iga Swiatek doing that sort of celebration... absolute nonsense.... she's done it in Paris Claire... wake up ffs. |
By:
Did I hear right - £3M to the winner?
By:
i thought it was 2 point something but if they say 3 then 3 it will be.
By:
They can thank Billie Jean King for the majority of that Honch

Pretty standard prize money now tbh , US Open Ladies $3.6 million and you get half a million for reaching the QF in that one.
