When forming an opinion how much influence does the jock on top have? Used to be below 15% up until 2-3 years ago. Now between 25-35% which is too high. Such I find the standard, generally, not as good.

Makes more sense now i've read the full post.
Couldn't put a percentage on it personally but generally Top Jockeys at the Top meetings in conditions races i'd have thought, after that in h'caps more about weight carried and draw on flat i'd have thought. Nice to have a good apprentice taking 5/7lbs off one as well imo.
