Press talks about it progressing well last year and possibly track didn’t suit first time out this season.
I may be oversimplifying it but the horse is yet to win higher than Class 4. It’s last win was off a mark of 79. After that it got moved into the high 80’s and hasn’t won since – only 3 races but 2 when in top form.
There is the possibility the lark is too high, 87 today and this Class is a bit too much at this stage of the season.
Trainer at the Course the last 5 years is 58/396. CD wise it’s 19/115.
Interestingly, CD at this Class is 1/11 and the last winner was in May 2021. Small losing run of 9 since.
Current 30 day form is showing a strike rate of 1 in 3. There have been quite a few fancied horses getting turned over though so I’m still wary.
Jockey at the Course over the last 5 years is 20/202. CD wise it’s 9/65.
Trends is a bit limited but only 1 favourite in the last 8 has won.
A competitive race for me and I have at least 4 others in with a good shout.

lost today by one place. Waleefy came 5th. we go again tomorrow. so far 1 win 1 loss on this forum
of course he does, until he hits a few in a row and then he'll tell you the price, been here a zillion times before
I can only tell you he has never charged us, on our forum.
