Can't scroll down on exchange?

get a new mouse yfdsc.

Won't let me go up or down
Other sites fine

Try clicking on the refresh button at the top left,next to the back and forward arrows, it reloads the page and the scroll bar on the right becomes shorter allowing you to scroll down further.

I uninstalled it, downloaded it again and working fine now

No probs, what I get is when I load BF the scroll bar is the whole length of the screen stopping me from scrolling down, if I then click refresh it shortens the scroll bar so I can then move up and down
