Looking at the head on the original second has clearly lost more by being carried across than it's lost by. fellows seems to have solved the whip problem
he has no problem with his horse been thrown out but wantswa to go to appeal to try and get the winner thrown out,because he says BARCA used his hands as a whip slapping the horse 12 times,you get 4 strikes in France and fellow basically saying BARCA threw his whip away because he,d used his 4 and then used his hands as a whip,so believes if he isn't thrown out all jocks will follow his example, so does FELLOWS believe we can get rid of the whip and jocks just slap their horse with their hands 4 times in France,7 in uk,might want to ponder on what he is saying,the anti whip brigade will be all over it like a rash
