why Ryan set up for the 3 horses behind him, if you listened to ratty and Ed you,d think Moore had dotted up by 6 length not finished 4th

is ED of sound mind wants to no why a horse who falls out of the stalls cant go from inside rail to outside rail ,whilst hew,s struggling to hold 8th place on the rail.did he want to order a crane to pick it up and lift it to the outside
