it's a bit like being told by Betfair/Rtv that the glitching is MY fault...
even tho my internet is pretty good and i have no issues apart from BLV issues... of course it's MY fault... they just don't want to do anything to fix it... and they know there is nowt i can do about it. |

We have had no other reports so far, I apologise for the inconvenience this has caused.I have checked the live feed from our end and there seem to be no issue. If there was a technical issue, it would be the case for all users.
I can suggest checking whether there is any update that is required on your browser or on your device. It might be that you require a java update. Otherwise, this might be being blocked by your system e.g. firewall. I do apologise for the trouble caused here.I understand the frustration, however, there has been no reported issues from our end and upon checking, it is working from our end. I have raised this for review and a senior member of our team has checked and confirmed that there is no issue from our end. I'm afraid there's nothing further that can be done from our end. I understand that this is not ideal and I apologise for the inconvenience caused.Whilst I understand that this is frustrating, we have identified no technical issues from our end. I would suggest looking into your browser or app for any updates that might be necessary. Alternatively, if this still doesn't help, try using a different connection i.e. if using your mobile date use your wifi or vice versa. |

As has always been the general way for me, ATR tracks are hopeless using gruss but RTV tracks OK, probably a blessing for me today because I've never been able to get to grips with Brighton I/R.
