With all the Exchange advertising that BF are doing and the resulting massive uptick in all round liquidity - it's hard to believe there is a 3p layer - much more likely to be 3 x 1p layers imo!

It's all that is available to match. You're only seeing £1s available because Gruss rounds 1p > 99p up to £1.
Based on this is might be something you can change in the settings though?
