Gavin Sheehan has time and again proven the whip rules are absolutely fine , 7 is plenty to see if a horse has any more to give. The horse was going nowhere, yet 4 or 5 was ample to get the job done. Another ride of the season contender for Sheehan.

aye just sed same...i wasnt watching it luckily..been doin this 20yrs and 2 out its as bad as ive ever seen..looked like was easing it down on the head on..there obv aint any 1000 layer nay more. (apart from the robot unless u offer it value)

it wasn't matched for more because there were no physical backers, only bot matching

I can't recall a winner like that where the jockey had given up so close to the finish in a competitive race, and still ends up winning.

Coming down the hill in Chelts is pushing half a mile out. This was halfway up the run in he had effectively stopped trying!

Yes could have meant that one Andriy i'd forgotten about him , Inglis would probably be remembered anyway being a multiple stayers hurdle winner.

Just gone back through the form of both, based on race writeups i'd say it's probably Inglis' first stayers when he beat Baracouda.

i dont get involved till after 2 out (generally) when they look hopeless ewe cant lay anything..i struggle to lay anything 'if' it doesnt look likely to win,by that it can be 3L down after 2 out, a nck down 1/2f out..its completely controlled by the gps which is controlled by acceleration/deceleration.
