I have had my best man(me) look at this race extensively. The verdict is that it has been laid out for this race, is a lot better than its handicap mark and will race at a much higher level in future.

The "shoe in" is for it to be placed(4) @ 9-1(BOG)

Interesting,not sure why drift 7/1 to 9/1,got the jockey for upset.
