Quite pleased with myself
Just guessed at the circulation in my post above, subsequently googled it and figures of 50k to 60k per day |

the online subscription is really great value, no brainer. |

Post seems to sell it's data to a variety of customers and have been reluctant for years to expand their own searchable database. Must be a commercial decision but its very frustrating as a second service provider has to be paid. On the plus side, their pedigrees, almost 40 years of form, sales and stallion date is invaluable to me. Costs far less for an online subscription and the pdf of the daily paper.
Don't think much of the criticism here is balanced and I suspect if we lost the paper it would help presage a serious decline in the public's interest and support over the sport. Give me a Johnny Dineen over a slickster any day. |

The Racing Post is a sh1t paper otherwise a price rise is no major obstacle to buying. In the late 80's on a friday night I'd drive from Turnham Green to Marble Arch to get the early edition of the Sporting Life for Saturday.
