No horse may carry less than 8st 2lb in a Flat Race or 10st 2lb in a Jump Race unless:
a Jockey’s Allowance is claimed; or
in a Race confined to Apprentice Jockeys or Conditional Jockeys, the Race Conditions allow it.
No horse may carry more than 12st in a Flat Race or 13st in a Jump Race.
