They did a software update which didn’t take into last night’s clock change and caused RUK stream to be inaccessible because the system thought they had been run already.
It was fixed by removing a lot of their features they do for RUK races. |

They ran the update in between races…same way they were able to get a work around in between races.

anyone with ANY sort of IT clue knows that you do updates outwith 'normal' hours...
you then test it and if it works ok you release it... you don't do what they did/do... anbelievably naive imv. |

having worked in IT for 15 years of my life it is dreadful to do such a thing on a clock changing day... and to be told they did this DURING live racing is beyond belief tbh... you do not do updates during live racing... it is very very naive/amateurish saddo... how on earth they are allowed to do such things is an indication of how shockingly badly run the place is imv. |

Not a Betfair issue, this one, Hibby. Stream was down on multiple platforms at the same time.

when will TV stations / 3rd party stream providers just give the actual race and the commentary from the track ?
no stupid graphics... no inane / boring / dull / needless punditry... just the race and the commentary... it's very very simple tbh... oh and btw would save them plenty cash. |
