The invisible line for a gambler is a line they cross at a certain time in their gambling career.
its so simple,They are walking somewhere and they cross the famous line that makes them decide that they are going to start winning instead of losing.
Today could be the day that YOU cross that famous line.Grin

On occasion I wonder if you've been sniffing that '[in]famous line'

My invisible line was in my kitchen.one day i was walking to the fridge and i decided to make my gambling pay.
i could not believe how simple it was once i made the decision.Shocked

I crossed the line at a young age. I picked out Terimon for the Derby. Only afterwards did I find out my Dad had backed it for me win only. I learnt from then onwards to always put on your own bets.

If it's an invisible line, how do you know where it is?
Report 1st time poster October 27, 2024 1:40 PM GMT
as we,re on Betfair doesn't that mean some winners are about to become losers ?
tread carefuly it might be YOU,or HIM,or HER,or THEM over there

Anyone who is a winner will always remember the exact second on a decision that made them a winner.
EXAMPLE =one day a young boy of 5 years  of age was kicking a tennis ball on his way to school and decided at that very moment he was going to be great footballer when he grew up.His name was Lionel Messi.Shocked

The very second you cross the invisible line you will make a decision to be a winner.
Report swiftynifty October 27, 2024 2:22 PM GMT
Slicer is correct, you can't ever know if you've crossed it, or gone back over it.

there's a well known young  property guru near us done well for himself was on rich man ,poor man on TV and spouts garbage  like this on Facebook every day, and now holds property seminars, my son went to one once and brought some literature back
rule no 1 never buy anything with your own money
borrow the money and just charge whatever rentsw you need to cover what you've borrowed + a drink for youself,
those paying with their own  cash for their rental property must be making millions compared to him

i think that when you have had enough of losing you will say to yourself"its time for me to cross the invisible line"

THE MICROPROCESSORS DEEP DOWN IN YOUR BRAIN WILL KICK IN AND THEN YOU WILL REALIZE YOU HAVE CROSSED THAT FAMOUS LINE AND YOU WILL BECOME A WINNER BY THINKING ABOUT YOUR OLD GAMBLING HABITS.Shocked
Report xmoneyx October 27, 2024 6:59 PM GMT
can you be a winner deciding to control your betting

only bet saturday

same stake - win/lose/draw

A gambler has to be responsible for his own bets, its no good blaming anyone else.
he has to pick winners if he wants to make profit if he backs,
he has to pick losers if he wants to make profit if he lays,
but some try to burn the candle at both ends and end up confusing themselves.Wink

its like a drunken man saying to himself"if i drink another drink i will get sick"Laugh
