hi i cannot access my racing result history on the sportsbook or any, as a matter of fact , to see profit or loss. ie name of horse to see how much ive won or lost , only a reff number that means nothing to me , i can not find any betfair helpline numbers etc to assist me, or am i doing something wrong, the exchange works fine . but in the sportsbook all you get is description in the transaction history no name. i know from now on to use the exchange but i think im missing around £300 because i cant see the name , i can see the bet i think , and the horse in question has won but before i throw a wobbly i want to make sure . thank you for any help

Trust the process,bookies never deliberately try to pull a fast one.
They d rather keep you happy,cos 5hey know they’ll get it back in the long term. |

that may well be true / but theres no help line there used to be but i havnt used it for years , the automated system is utter crap / when winning or losing money you should at least have access to such information

use the tabs, my account, my betfair account, betting activity, sportsbook bets, settled bets.

You will far better off using the exchange with a 2% commission rate.
