He gave instructions to Doyle when she rode him a winner.
How is it that he is banned from training yet allowed to go racing? Surely just by being there is acting as trainer and this is what Irish board got their knickers in a twist about but how come the rules allowed him to be present at all? Is it cos it wasn't Ireland or what?
To some IHRB is a semi-professional body, and their recent actions have been opened to criticisms eg told 4 years to come to an adjudication. Then no action was taken on the party concerned.
