tv sentencing has been visible in Scotland for years... first time i've seen it live (altho i would imaging there was an ATR like delay on it tbh). |

Riot protestors are not Couzens or 9/11 terrorists. They are consumed by present events and highly emotive, and not totally rationale at that time. Nevertheless, not an excuse; can't do the sentence = don't do the crime applies.
