In my case greg, it displayed my account balance but when I went to post reply nothing happened and the forum reverted to the different live view and so on which means it did not recognise my saved log in. All in all a pain.

Ping an email to forum@betfair. I did this and it was sorted by Martina at TSE Global a few moments later. They are aware of the issue but an email is necessary.

I 'pinged' an email and it took them two days to sort out, initially asking for screenshots of an error message of which there wasn't one.

For some reason this same thing seems to happen every so often. What I don't understand is how a small number appear to be able carry on posting. What's special about their log on?

I thought mine was a punishment for the audacity to make money from its sister ie to hedge a football boost against The Exchange. The consolation is I've more time for other stuff.

'GLASGOW...', some posters do not log-out - is that true? Does that not mean their balance could be compromised?

I do not use 2-stage authentication only username and password.
