I was driving one day listening to Talksport when they used to do racing commentaries. I had backed Zibelline @ 20/1 ante-post for the Ebor.I listened to the race and they called it 3rd.I tried to collect but he had finished 5th in a 3 way photo .

Ahh BBC Radio 2 brings back memories with the ultimate shouty, Peter Bromley. Assisted for a while by Derek Thompson before he joined C4. Those of us old enough to remember the camera crew strikes, will also recall how grateful we were for the R2 coverage. The 1979 Ebor meeting and 1982 Royal Ascot in particular spring to mind.

BBC have no interest in racing unless a horse or rider gets hurt.
