You're kidding! Ping pong balls and cup cakes? Cost of living induced perhaps.
Decisions made by people completely disengaged with the real world. One kind of gets what they are hoping to achieve, local engagement in the race. But absolutely nobody outside of connections gives a shyte about the Derby draw, and even fewer would go out of their way to watch it in the cold!
