I see that horse Manama Gold who was impressive in Dubai this winter is running in the 4th race
Would his form be below that needed in the USA iyo?

She needs to go over and have a crack at one of their races.

Like tomorrow night is the Acorn where all of the Oaks horses are squaring off again so it’s races like that she needs to be in.

But that winner Thorpedo Anna…if she’s impressive again then you have to start thinking about taking on the boys.

I can understand them switching the race to another track for the Belmont Stakes when Belmont Park is under reconstruction but come on 1m 2f is not what the great race is. Surely they could have run it over the true Belmont distance at some track somewhere. No bet for I but good luck if you are playing.

Sierra Leone should have won it imo  changing the jockey appears to have backfired.

So last night probably means City of Troy is one step closer to the Travers….unless “the lads” want to go again with Sierra Leone.

That was only Mindframe’s 3rd lifetime start and his first in stakes let alone G1 company so all credit to him.

If the Travers market was NRNB then Thorpedo Anna & Nysos both at 14/1 would be my bets.

Problem is Anna has the Alabama as an easy G1 and I think Baffert knows Nysos is a very likely Classic winner so working backwards from that race I’m not sure he’ll risk coming to Saratoga.

Might as well let everyone keep beating each other.
