Even when she eventually pulled the horse wide there was no urgency with her, she just nudged half hearted.

Talking through my pocket, but a truly awful ride.  Could have gone for a gap past City Streak but sat for a furlong waiting for every horse to pass her before switching wide.

Time for Hayley to hang up the spurs me thinks, should've won in the proverbial hack canter, she didn't look interested tbh couldn't care less

She's obviously broke - otherwise she wouldn't have come back after retiring and losing her racing contacts .

Think she said she'd like to carry on for a few more years yet.  SDS is two years older and he's not past it yet.
She had that bad fall which dented her confidence before the first retirement but she still gets good rides now.
Docklands a good second at Ascot recently.

Her and Hollie are pioneers and both good jockeys and great for the sport.
We all spout off when we have a losing bet, about what they should have done.
Its all very safe from the armchair though

Which other females have  had such an impact on a mainly male dominated Sport.?

There are riders all over the globe who could learn this mob …riding anything bareback for fun…

Not a fan but lionesses spring to mind..

Mr Chamberlin is in a similar position in horseracing as Mr Southgate in football. They are sh1t at their respective job yet the decision-makers put them there because of their "suitability" with sponsors or non-elected individuals of the sport despite lacking the know-how and credence.

This is the world we live in at the moment. It's not about what you know, but more importantly who you know to get you the job; cronyism is the fastest way to an erosion, professionalism and a spiral decline of the sport.

The supply of female riders in North America has largely dried up. I don't think there are any in the top 100 at the moment,though it's difficult to be sure with some of the Hispanic Chritian names.
There are quite a few in Canada though the best of them,Emma-Jayne Wilson is nearing the veteran stage.
The last top US female Rosie Napravnik got up the duff and never came back.

I certainly agree with that statement imp123, about ''not what you know but who you know''.
That's in all walks of life, My daughter is a trained actress, 3 years at a top  Drama school and struggles for work,
While actors like Dani Dyer who's Dad is Danny Dyer never went to drama school and got in TV because of her dad.
that happens all over the TV/Film industry. Luckily she has a good job within the theatre doing other roles.
She also went for an advert along with 43 others, got into the last 2 with a non white girl with no drama training and you can guess who got the gig.
Her agent said it's box ticking. It is unfair.

Danny Dyer another hopeless actor like most soaps employ…..one said you don’t try and act just be yourself….it works..

Has anyone ever watched Michael McIntyre comedy roadshow? I watched it once a long time ago, and it was pants. But, it's still on BBC for another stint.

Who are they mitolo ? The Davis sisters,Carol Cedeno and who else ? Chantal Sutherland hasn't ridden for a year.
You might do better concentrating on Canada.

Cheers imp123. that's the same with Miranda and Mrs Browns boys, how on earth they kept getting more series was beyond me.
Another is Wicked with 2 great actors in Sir Ian Mckellen and Derek Jacobi, why are they doing it.? its pants imo.

I think I only watched Romesh only once and found it corny eg merely an act, and not genuinely funny; if you've seen one, the rest are pretty similar. These days I barely watch mainstream tv. I mainly watch Freeview (DMAX) Deadliest Catch; Gold Divers; Yukon Gold; Homestead Rescue. Others are Dr Pimple Popper; Bad Skin Clinic; Wheelers Dealers; Aussie Gold Hunters; Opal Outback Hunters.

I never watch celebrity shows not even Celebrity Get Me Out Of Here; The Kardashian; Wags; Wagatha; etc. I've only watched one Big Brother series.
