No shame , she should give up ! Not fair on the horse or the punters .
But this is where we are with the sport , very big shortage of half decent jockeys . Anyone who can do the weight gets rides.
How many people can do the weight ? 1in a 1000 , hence no ability .....imo.
If the weights horses could carry went up a stone , all our flat jockeys would be gone in a month

She has won on the horse four times before so clearly capable.

because a jokey has won on a nag its not axiomatic that they are capable. the max has won dozens of races

and i suspect you would not have replied had it been a male jokey

sparrow - u need to take a step back and analyse that ride today.  Forget about previous.

Thought she stopped riding for a good few strides,most prob thinking she couldn’t catch the front runner,but the leader started to thread water,and she did make an effort
