open looking listed sprint pandoras gift the fav and progressing well going for a 4 timer but short enough upped in class imo.plenty with chances but i like the look of the french raider TAZARA who is progressing nicely and won a dueville maiden last time ,not a lot of love for her by the write ups poor draw upin class etc but she looks as if she has the speed to get a good posi early on and those french maidens she ran in although hard to assess were packed with goldolphin darley and aga khan horses so she was probably running up against well bred decent types trainer shirley not sending over for the fresh air ,whatever she can be backed at 18/1 ew 4 places a few firms bog and that looks fair imo. SELECTION TAZARA 18/1 EW 4 PLACES BOG .GOOD LUCK OPINIONS ENCOURAGED.
There's been plenty of money around for Pandora's Gift but the form of her 3 wins are nothing to write home about. Plenty of those she beat are at best 70-75 rated handicapper's. Still, she looks like a fast improver and she could only beat what's been put in front of her.
At the prices, I'll have to take her on and its the other 2 at the top of the market I like best in this field. SOPRANO & JABAARA showed a very similar level of form last season but I prefer JABAARA who ran as well as she could be expected to in a G1 on her final start. I don't believe the run was a fluke because she was slowly progressing throughout last season. Also Exceed and Excel's tend to improve with age and he also gets plenty of nice AW horses so this switch to a synthetic surface could bring about a bit more improvement. With the Varian stable starting to find some form and a price that is double that of SOPRANO it's was an easy decision to go with James Doyle's mount (his only ride of the day) and I've already got most of my stake on at around the 6.8-6.6 mark.

Just to add another little side note to the form. Pandora's Gift beat a Varian horse by 1/2L for her second win. That one is now a 6 race, 68 rated maiden! I think RV will be touch disappointed if he can't beat her with his filly this evening.

Three Commonwealth Cup (Group 1) entries in the field: Pandora's Gift, Soprano, and Queen of Mougins.
But like Foyleswar's OP, I shall be hoping for a turn-up with Tazara. Jabaara for WP is another but was she just a 2yo. Imo you need to wait till you see them even to guess who has trained on.

The winner was a decent price last night if you had bookmaker accounts. Like you say, your selection has definitely bumped into one. Didn't like the finishing effort of Jabaara and she won't be carrying my money again.

Foyles tips up a 18/1 shot that finishes 2nd, and backs it up with a comprehensive write-up... Well done Foyles Wazza lays 500/1 shots and calls himself the best
Come on Wazza, respect for your lifetime p and l... But deserves more than a begrudging wd, imo
