in my case it took me four years.i use to put my winning into a shoe box ,and one day someone said i was a fool to keep so much cash in the house.
so i took my winnings to the bank and was amazed to find out that there was £208 thousand pound in cheques and notes.some of the cheques were out of date but thank god they were honoured.Within 4 years i hit my first million.Its funny how it got much harder over the years,but i will never forget that first million.i knew i had made it as a gambler.

If you added up all my returns from winning bets, I won a million quid years ago. The problem comes when you deduct all the losses from the losing bets..
people don't realize how big a number a Million is.It would take you 11 days and 14 hours to count up to a Million if you counted at one digit per second.

Yesterday as I looked at those games I was literally thinking "this is the muggest acca of the day, there's no way it will win" and of course it wasn't even close. Bookies won't give you easy money for putting the 2 biggest public favs into an acca. Most favs below 1.5 are poor value.
As for the 4 years to a million, where does the count start? With the very first horse bet in your life? Or the first bet after you decided to pursue gambling full time? In the former case it's next to impossible, in the latter it's doable.

The first million is always the hardest,but when you get it and realize how easy it was to make it you will be amazed,and it helps a lot going for a second million when you have a first million tucked away in a bank
i know a guy who got two mountaineers to the top on the same day
Mathematics say you can't win backing favs at 1.3. In 10 years I have never seen anyone profit at those odds.
Also, nobody is going to make a million from 1 quid. Most people would be happy to make 10k and then continue with sensible stakes instead of going all in every time.
