I'm hoping a test case goes before a jury (that's if juries haven't been replaced by AI or whatever) and they throw it out as a bad law. Mind in these days of mass formation psychosis, who knows?

An absolute joke and another complete balls up by the SNP government. I totally despair for this country.
JK Rowling has been saying the same George, about the trans issue, as the lady above puts across so admibrily.
Does the booing of God save the king count, as happened the other night at hampden. Where does the old firm game on Sunday fit in this bill?
How do they police it?
Every case will be looked at, eh no it won't.
Apparently the police have had a 2 hour course on the new bill.

“The introduction of the proposed solutions will ensure enhanced and full criminal law protection against the use of violence or unlawful threats, incitement to hatred, insults and violations of bodily integrity due to the disability, age, gender, sexual orientation or gender identity of the injured party."
Amazing how seemingly independent countries move in lockstep...
