If i ever thought it possible that horse racing was totally straight i'd pack it in without hesitation , looking for dodgy dealings is a strategy in itself and requires knowledge , research and above all contacts within the industry.

There’s plenty of skullduggery around. The video example isn’t one of them imo. It’s just a horse rearing in the stalls and wiping out the jockey next to him. Not something you can really profit from.

That's the racing game impossible and why we love it , one giant dishonest puzzle that requires plenty of lateral approaches to solve.

Anyone disagreeing and thinking they could win fortunes if the game was straight , forget it and revert to the honest game of scrabble.

You can see from these that the "perp" lets go of the reins with his right hand, whilst simultaneously yanking back and left very hard with his left hand.
