Always say I am not gonna bet till June 1st on the flat, never happens.
Determined this year not to have a bet from 14th April (day after National) till June 1st this year.
Check all my profits and losses and I always lose during those dates, causing me to play catch up.

A bet is a bet is a bet. Rigid rules mean missed opportunities. There are different elements at play at different times of the year and they just need to be factored into the decision making. Losing consistently at a particular time of year is probably just a result of failing to do that.
