you have to claim them first and then there is a dropdown on the betslip, says something like "offers" and you can select which one you want.

Just read terms and think the first bet has to be settled first is that right trusty?

For the 4 free £10 and the 2 £10 acc's you need a settled bet but you can already claim the 1.30 Money back as a free bet £20 without having done anything else.

I don't like the website either performs a bit like treacle, it has the look of a website that is going to crash if it gets too busy. Best to get bets down early. On the plus side the prices being offered are fair enough and the freebet offers etc are good.

I placed qualifying bet on Saturday but my 2x £10 accas and 4 x £10 horse racing bets are in pending in my bets with an expiry date of this Friday. Does anyone know how to activate these bets please I'd imagine once you put a bet together that includes the correct criteria a box will appear on your bet slip for you to tick before placing the bet and getting that bet you've put together as the free bet. |

Make your selections and click on "reward" and then select the one you want to use.

I deposited £70 with them and had £20 on Slate Street and £10 treble on Mullins yesterday. Withdrew £100 last night, no problem at all and left the rest to play with.

I reckon some accounts are ok but many are not my account is still showing free bets 'pending' and when i select horse to bet no option comes up to select free bet in the betslip.

I am in same boat as you Cropstick it shouldn’t be difficult for them to solve just looks like bets are going to expire without any possibility of getting a bet on. My £20 loss on Hendersons in the first yesterday came out no problem

I think you go to "my offers" and click on the one's you want, then they will appear in drop down on bet slip.

Yes Trusty claimed them yesterday but in 'my offers' they show as being claimed but still pending.

 In the my offers - offer history tab check to see if your offer shows as claimed. |

Then you should have a drop down on your betslip that says rewards and you can check the one you want.

You are obviously putting a bet together that does not meet the criteria, that's why the option doesn't appear, check the criteria carefully on the free bets, you are missing something.
