I said I'd sign at £15 but she said she couldn't do it.

They offered me 17.50 and I said I wanted half price as I was a poor pensioner and she said ok. That was about 6 weeks ago. It is for a year and she said phone back in a years time for another deal

That's fairly typical. I asked for £10 deal when current deal had expired and I was still a active customer and was offered £12.49 and the agent wouldn't budge in 2022 that was. It may be they will only offer £15 if you have actually cancelled for a while.

£10 per month for 12 months on Black Friday weekend. Perhaps they will do something special for Cheltenham week?

Was on £12.49 -renewed at £19.99 instead of £30.99/£31.99 (forget which) . Maybe I could have done better but I can live with £19.99.

I chucked my subscriptions to both channels. £60 a month it was costing and you can watch on here for nothing if you have a bet. If they all charged reasonable amounts most viewers would pay no problem. It`s all about subscriptions now. Young people must be up to their necks in debt with direct debits. If somebody had said to me forty years ago that people would be paying 60-100+ pounds a month for a mobile phone to tell folk they were on the bus, I would have said, "Aye Right"!!

Was just thinking the old entire Sky family pack was once lower than the cost of full fat rtv now!

It's the opportunity cost rather than the cost, and then you see them wasting money on four people to cover a mundane Kempton midweek evening card. And I can't even use the channel on each of my tvs.

None of the other sports subs justify the cost, rtv is worth having but not 30 quid pcm.

Got it down to £14.99 a month. I'm happy withat, go to a few Club Days & it's covered.

£10 pm only after I cancelled, got a call the day before subscription was due to end.

Renewed in Feb at £15 for 12 month contract,be surprised if you can get better.

Cancelling or black friday are the best viable options ime. cancelling is quite easy for me as I can take it or leave it, would never pay over £15 for any extended period of time.

You have to give one months notice so you need to contact them just over a month before your promo period ends or they will charge you full price.
