Surely Red Rum, Frankel etc are protected names?

A long time since Trapper John's day...got him right when he won and two years later was convinced Nomadic Way would win...these days are long gone..can't remember when and why he was disqualified that year?...not sure about the protected names,classic winners are and others for so many years ..need to get ged.mightymac.onlooker,blackbarn etc.onto it..

opening day cheltenham 1990 if i recall correctly ...i had katabatic, trapper john and allsorts of bits on kribensis. thought i would never have a better winning day than that one , ever !..and i was right .
