One of the peculiar aspects of gambling snobbery is that someone will preen themselves about 'low IQ losers' without having the intelligence to realise that the game is at fault, and parts of it are tantamount to a conspiracy. what? There is no "outcome" to that debate. The GC are trialing the proposals that they announced and unless there is some legal intervention seem to be pressing ahead.
