Talking about conspiracies Rico, not looking good for Richard D Hall in the civil case brought against him, as he's lost the summary judgement, which apparently means he will not be able to submit any substantial defence.

In the High Court today, Master Davison approved an application by the claimants for summary judgment on the issues of whether the Manchester Arena bombing happened, whether the claimants were present, the extent of their injuries and whether they were caused by the blast.

The judge said: ‘Although [Hall’s] beliefs may be genuinely held, his theory the Manchester bombing was an operation staged by government agencies in which no one was genuinely killed or injured is absurd and fantastical.

Hall has said he is appealing, as he had requested the claimants' medical records from 2017 and also the CCTV footage, which would prove beyond doubt they were there and their injuries, but Hall claims these requests were rejected.

mind boggling george..his exposure stuff on the mccanns for many yrs was brilliant..he has now managed to make everything he worked for look like the work of a conspiracy nutcase..beggars belief how he can think that a concert attended by many thousands of the public and hundreds of emergency workers can be faked.

I'm not sure Rico, but my understanding is that, if he thought there were holes in the official report, did he have the right as an independent journalist to investigate?

sonko,i havent really delved into this case much,i read he lost in court and assumed it was he claiming this manchester bombing was fake and the participants were crisis actors. Isnt this what he's claiming?

it's not for me to argue his case, people are free (for now) to watch his documentary on it (before they probably ban it) and make their own minds up.

aye very interesting as he always is..i'll be the 1st to admit i didnt delve into his hypothesis as like most i didnt think it was remotely possible for an event like this to be faked when thousands of people were involved.
How can 22 deaths of mainly young people be faked? they were all named! who were the pictures of if they were fake? why would the authorities need to fake a training exercise?  they are done regularly.
Hundreds of emergency workers in on it but non spoken out?  haway man cant be true.
The one thing that does raise suspicions is the women walking across the hall with the red stain down her thigh who claims a bolt/nut was blown 6" through her thigh but appears to be no discomfort or pain (thats if that was her)..also strange he's received 94% 5 star reviews from thousands of book sales on the manchester bombing.

he made a lot interesting points, like how apparently the windows hadn't been blown out and some of the structures were perfectly intact; and in his original documentary, the guy filming himself looking for his daughter while everyone else appeared to be acting normally, to which RDH concluded this was likely filmed before the blast.

My mistake the benefit concert capacity was 50K, but the 14,000 who attended the original concert were offered free tickets.
