They can’t even get yellow and red cards right so you give them another card to eff about with?

is it for an offence between yellow and red so should it be orange? 10 minutes off the pitch is more penal than a yellow. Does a blue and further yellow = red? Surely that should be green?

What if a goalie gets sin binned for 10 minutes?

Someone else subbed off so replacement goalie comes on for 10 minutes?

Reg, as a former professional player, what do you think of all these changes to the modern game, i.e. Cards, VAR, 5 subs, etc

It's high time we had rainbow cards.

the two cards currently in use are enough if refs enforced the laws as they are, cynical fouls and dissent should be red anyway.

This is good. Rainbow cards for demonstrating gentlemanly conduct or woke behaviour.

Mighty mac
You've hit a nerve there

VAR is rubbish... I'd keep goal line technology because that is instant and 100% but otherwise just take the good with the bad decisions and hope they even out over the season... Not taking ages to sometimes still come to the wrong decision

Allow more physical contact as well especially in tackling... If a player wins the ball first but his follow through takes out the other player then no foul, imo

Stop players feigning injury when barely touched... Just keep playing on

And finally, stop over protecting goalkeepers, which I'm happy to see has happened to the Spurs keeper lately... Not because it's Spurs, but because he's rightly not been given fouls against him in the last few games which he previously would have got..
These are all 6ft plus blokes who can use their hands and think it's OK to push and barge their way through strikers to get the ball, but don't like being blocked or impeded on their way through

Rant over
