as been hopeless all day same as one day last week  something amiss.

Glad it's not just me.
People might like to tweet or email Betfair as their customer service dept seem to think everything's fine.

to be fair some of them at customer service will not no or not care what sportsbook is.

Believe Betfair are carrying out alterations to it.

it looks like they are now using site for mobiles  hope not its useless.

Something to do with a mail received earlier ?


We’re contacting you as we’re making changes to our Sportsbook desktop experience as part of a Beta process which will affect some customer accounts.

You will still be able to access everything such as placing your bets, depositing, withdrawing, checking your account, and managing your bets. 

These changes are only being made to the Sportsbook desktop. Your Sportsbook app and Exchange experiences will remain unchanged.

I'm guessing they're testing out a new beta version on a subset of customers. I don't venture on Sportsbook very often but it's a completely new layout to that which I remember.

Dose anyone know if this layout is permanent.

Managed it today by logging-in to the Sportsbook directly instead of going via the exchange.
New layout but apparently no enhanced places?

The new format will take more than a bit of getting used to. The cashout is not as clear or immediate as before; the rest I've not used yet.

Never been there yet and probably never will.

I thought I'd do a placepot today . Apparently Betfair would rather I didn't for some unknown reason

Reynard what's up with the placepot?  Tote links is still there on every Exchange racing market and opens straight into the Catterick placepot for me?

I do not remember it offering pre-selected multiple bets in the past but maybe it did: I do not go there very often.

Hate the new look, football bets will now have to be via Skybet.

my main problem is scrolling the betslip to place multiples...ok on mobile but not on laptop

I have picked four horses to do in doubles and an acca....can't seem to take SP for any of them and would have to take their **** prices.
Also it only seems to offer the acca, there is no option to do singles, doubles or trebles.
Anyone else finding this???

ahh...the scroll bar on the betslip has been removed for some strange reason but you can pless the down arrow on the betslip to reveal more options.
But why the feck change something takes works fine in the first place

However, the option to take SP seems to have been removed?
So you have to take the crap prices they offer or not bet?

I spoke to an agent on betfair yesterday who explained that I would have to change all the settings on my laptop to access the new site properly .I replied that rather than do this I would just use a rival company to do multiples now .

My sportsbook has just spontaneously reverted back to the previous interface....hope it stays like it.!!

mine hasn't

couldnt be so non-user-friendly unless it was designed to be that way.
maybe they hope people will just give up finding what they're looking for and head to the Arcade Games.

i was offered 11pence limit on trebles this morning
