Who knows with stewards, but before the bump, the 2nd had just taken the lead, but then lost it again after the bump. The jock has a clear case to argue there imo. Should be reversed.
2nd was sh hd in front 30 yds out.

Stupid decision, but as so often...
stupid decision? was a slight nudge 1f out..did it improve its position? No...2nd was in front 30yds out..was the correct decision (imo).
