That today was impressive. Think it had the race in the bag the whole way. Staying division could finally have a new big bucks

Beaten fav last year. This one looks like it’s got more scope for the big race. Travels, jumps stays. Looks a beast of a horse
The form of the Sefton at Aintree looks pretty good!
Post race, Elliot was reluctant to commit Irish Point to the stayers.

Aintree maybe his spring target which would be a massive shame.

No doubt I'm in the minority but I'm not 100% sure a strongly run 3M would suit this horse. I'd like to see him do it before backing it at Cheltenham. Aintree looks a better option to me.
I thought that was a tired jump at the last but considering that was his first run i was very impressed.
Looked to me like it wasn’t tired, wanted Stronger pace through out and at aintree on better ground last season looked like it enjoyed an end to end gallop. Will be tough to beat if it goes stayers
