Correct, it changes from ,Hot Summer-Wet Autumn-Cold Winter-Mild Spring.
Just like the last hundreds of years, but there's always the gullible that will believe the Media.

Have the colours for the overnight temperature hitting a normal winters freezing point, been changed to the deepest blue available on the bbc weather forecasts?

Just so the fear can be peddled to millions of sheeple who are watching.

My Lawn - and the School playing-field at the back - are still both pristine White grass - at 12:00 midday -
- along with my (supposedly) black car boot, bonnet and roof.

Sun shining, quite strongly, in a clear blue sky, through the leafless trees - but it ain't doing anything to the heavy frost - that was equally distinctly apparent on the parked cars, and gardens, when I walked to the Pub, at around 10:00pm last night, too.

I can remember when we were warned of colder (1960s: dryer 1970s: hotter 2010s: wetter weather all in the last 60 years by highly paid so called long term forecasters.

Recent “Triple-Dip” La Niña upends current understanding of ENSO
NOVEMBER 7, 2023
With the current El Niño in full force, researchers are still puzzling over the 2020–2023 La Niña that upended current understanding of El Niño Southern Oscillation (ENSO) dynamics. The three consecutive years of La Niña conditions – a rare “triple-dip” phenomenon – had widespread impacts on the ocean and climate across the globe. While triple-dip La Niñas have happened before, this one was notable in that it did not conform to conventional theories on how these extended La Niñas develop, leaving scientists searching for clues to explain what caused it.

They don't know what's going on, very quiet, but didn't stop the BBC screaming about el nino and global warming, not much talk about the triple dip la nina, thar all in on a following el nino that will in thar minds prove something, even though the June and July temps for many in uk were not that exciting this year, it's a bad situation for them imo.

Although what I don't understand is that previous forms of this so called triple dip la nina have been preceded by cold winters, but they are having none of it and pressed hard on we won't have a winter before turn of year, might be a late winter but el nino will soon be along to fry us  next year.

Underplaying the risk of cold winter temps is a dangerous game to play, as by thar own admissions they don't know what's going on.

In any case the global warming stats have always accepted that there will still be warm and cold summers and winters but the average over the whole planet will still be on an upward trend. Only about 2 degrees C. higher on average so -5 instead of -7 will still feel cold. There is the usual tripe online. One stated that -7 was the coldest for 17 years but when you dig deeper it meant lowest in November. Only one very slight frost here in Somerset so far this autumn but we might get one tonight.

Wake up ....

2024 is on track to be hottest year on record as warming temporarily hits 1.5°C

Jan-Sept 2024 global average temperature 1.54 (±0.13) °C above pre-industrial level
Long-term warming measured over decades remains below 1.5°C
Past 10 years are warmest on record and ocean heat rises
Antarctic sea ice second lowest on record and glacier loss accelerates
Extreme weather and climate events lead to massive economic and human losses

Remember when the 'scientific and medical experts' ol' sparrow brain refers to told us the AstraZeneca potions were "safe and effective"?

Not sure it was ever licenced in America, then banned in Europe before quietly being withdrawn everywhere, but tragically not before Christ knows how many people had been killed or maimed by it. Millions of pounds have already been paid out through the Vaccine Damage Scheme, that is for those who pass the "60% damage threshold". 59% or less and you're getting zilch in compensation.

But hey, never question anything those 'scientific and medical experts' tell us, just spout it as pure fact on the HR forum, and anyone who does dare to question official narratives, just try to silence them by the weaponization of labels such as 'conspiracy mug', eh sparrow brain?

It would seem DIE LINKE is oblivious to the fact police apprehended at least one person on suspicion of arson.

But hey they wouldn't do that, would they, deliberately start fires and then blame it on climate change? Of course not you conspiracy mug.

And Mr Voosen also writes here about geoengineering: namely the "Sun-dimming balloon".

And just look at who one of the private donors is...Bill Gates. When's he not trying to save your lives by funding vaccine research, he's trying to save us from 'climate change' by funding 'research' into blocking out the sun.

"Interesting stuff."

Only one solution and that will never be considered. Change policies to discourage having children and slowly reduce the population to half what it is now. In the short term make it much more attractive to share accommodation and therefore reduce energy use. 60% of homes have a spare room and if grants for extra bathrooms and kitchen space were made available, most homes could make room for more occupants. Air B&B are making use of some but why give £millions to another big tech company?  I understand the drawbacks but this is much less drastic than banning fossil fuel which will not work. None of the climate activists have an answer to what will happen when all of the electric cars, solar panels and wind turbines need to be replaced and recycled.

Have a holiday cottage next to my house as it happens. Looking to downsize but it is a very big decision and all of the law makes it unattractive to sell a house, take tenants or even free lodgers.
