That Declan bloke on ATR thought it was a great move. I was more inclined to think of how many horses has Henderson run in cheek pieces? I couldn't think of any.
By:
Henderson had one running today in 1st time cheekpieces, finished 4th in the 3.10.
By:
He's got a decent 38% trike rate overall and 10/14 when they have gone off favourite. Not too shabby at all.
By:
Our horse running in cheek pieces tomorrow is with Henderson. He uses them for horses that lose focus during the race.

Go Chique?
By:
Yes. Looking forward to a nice day at Ascot

In against her own sex tomorrow, do you have any hopes after the poor runs at Exeter and Newton Abbot? Have a cracking day out whatever the result.

TT
Over how many years are your stats? How many has he run in them over the last year, and has he put them on any Graded horses? |
By:
Gong back over 15 years, in Graded Races with first time cheek pieces just 2/37
![]() This year his overall stats are 1/10. Same 15 year period shows at 38% strike rate when going off 17/2 or less. and 10/15 when going off favourite, of those just three were in Graded Races with 1 winner, plus 1/1 in a Listed Race. |
By:
We hope it’s proper good ground tomorrow as she really hates any form of cut in the ground. She just can’t get through soft conditions.
Hopefully she can show her Market Rasen form tomorrow. |
By:
Just had a look at her form, five wins on good ground and two from five going right handed, nice price in an open should she oblige, hope you make a packet.

Hendersons thoughts:
We kept her pretty busy during the summer, because she has to have decent ground, which is why we’re coming here, and she managed to rip a front shoe off at Exeter last time which explains that. This is quite a good race, but she’s fit and well so might as well take her chance. |

Best of luck today H.

By:
Thanks TT. Seriously, I couldn't have named one of those horses. Just don't associate the better yards with reaching for cheek pieces.

Is it a going day for Shiskin let’s see. He can be reluctant.

Nichols won’t be there to make up the numbers taking on Bravemansgame main oponent at Kempton.

He's done with the game.
At least it shows the anti clowns that horses aren't forced to race. |

Does anybody remember Josh Gifford's Vodkatini? Once he started it didn't get any better.

Think Go Chique is a bit high in the weights, still well beaten before that come into effect. Maybe the horse has lost her enthusiasm
. A change of stables?Any news on Crossing Lines, is it still even in training? Paros really struggling even after changing stables. Its a tough business. Fingers crossed you can get a win or 2 this season from them Hibore. |
By:
I hope Go Chique is okay for Hibore after being pulled up.
