Those bends look treacherous

strange one that..as wise guy was rounding the bend it actually lifted its back legs off the ground and lost its footing..nothing to do with the ground..the other was brought down..odds on an abandonment.

That's right about its back legs leading it to become unbalanced

Hopefully they can move the rails to help if need be.

Perfect ground and not raced on since June as 20th Oct race meeting was called off due to excessive rain.
Going Stick 6.7 on Tue 16:35pm

With forecast for Wed ground likely to stay as it is.

Rails: Both tracks are on the outer most running lines of the course.

Amazing how the COC has no control over the heavy rain just before the first race?

Clerk said if it had rained half an hour earlier then it would have soaked into the ground and we would have been racing on good to soft. So the second race is half an hour after the first, wouldn't a short delay have meant that it would have got into the ground and it would have been raceable ?

Just about to say the same PM, COC is talking absolute garbage.

All caused by wanting to provide good "safe" ground for racing on. Nothing more safer for the horse than the meeting being abandoned and them standing in their box.
