Anyone else had issues here?
Race went in play several seconds after the off, a measly £4.18 was matched at 3.15 while they were running, but they’re refusing to refund my £8.99 - my bets are always ‘cancel at in play’
Pathetic amount of money I know, but the principle is much more important than the money.
