The only Horror Movie that has scared the sh1te oot of me.I was only a Teenager when i seen it and had to sleep with the light on for about a Week afterwards plus the fact m House was directly in front of a Cemetery....Scary times.
Went too see this with the mrs to be back in the early seventies. It was a rainy winters night and she wore a duffle coat. Ten minutes into the film the hood on the coat went up and never came down again. Scared the wits out of her.

Same here Carrie the only real memorable one , initially saw it in the cinema and when Piper Laurie took 3 kitchen utensils in the chest someone inevitably shouted out loud 180 , took 5 mins for everyone to calm down.
A pretty young John Travolta also starred as Billy Nolan , boyfriend on Nancy Allen who was also in Dressed to Kill with Michael Caine.

Was it an uncensored version Acey? The original film was very scary for the time, played on my mind for quite a while, we were a bit more religious back in the early 70s, the scene where she kept inserting the cross into herself caused quite an uproar i recall.
