In the race conditions...
For 2yo, which are EBF eligible, whose sire and dam won a race of about 1m2f or over (this includes races in excess of 9f 110 yards and in excess of 1900m)
Yet there are runners by Havana Gold (never won over further than 1m) and Holy Roman Emperor (never even ran over further than 7f).
Am I missing something?

Going by your details alone, tomo, seems cut and dried

I am quoting from RP and double checked in the program book from Wetherbys.
There is another race in the future stayers series at Goodwood next week (5th sept), that clearly states in the race conditions SIRE OR DAM won a race of a mile and two furlongs (this includes races in excess of 1m 1f and 110 yards AND races in excess of 1900m).
So there is a typo, or someone messed it up it seems.

Racecard says sire OR dam -but makes no difference here.
