Quite an expensive endeavour to enter in the race and pray that only five are finally declared, plus your duffer.
Clacton, costs £2200 to run, only 4 runners at final decs, 6 day decs Aiden could have run more, shadwell had a replacement in case Mostahdaf didn't run, desert crown got injured. and if a handicapper ran close, it would bow it's mark and never win again.
Yeah it is taking a chance. Its always easy when you know only four go to post.
